Indonesia·August - November
Venture to an Indonesian paradise for two weeks focusing on finding your breath through free diving, meditation, yoga and community!
VIEW DATESSink below the surface and you are free. To many, freediving is one of the ultimate forms of freedom and meditation – and a chance to push your body's limits while being present in the moment. On this Re:discover journey, you will venture to the Indonesian paradise of Nusa Lembongan for two weeks focusing on finding your breath. You will learn the fundamentals of freediving and will be surprised to see that they also apply to everyday life back home. Through freediving, meditation, and breathwork, you will strengthen your mindset and return home renewed, refreshed, and with a new perspective. No previous diving experience is needed to participate. You're only required to come eager to dive in and give it a try! In your free time, you'll have the opportunity to explore Nusa Lembongan or can choose to make a day trip to the surrounding islands - like Nusa Penida. Spend a day at the infamous Dream Beach soaking in the sun's rays, or discover life below the surface from a different perspective by giving scuba diving a go! Rent a scooter, visit local markets or arrange a visit to the mangrove forests in the north of the island. You can also choose to hone in on your freediving, yoga, or meditation skills by booking additional sessions. You'll dive into these activities with a group of like-minded adventurers who are equally as eager to push their limits. Dive shipwrecks and reefs, spot mantas and turtles, all with a community of strangers who have become friends.

On re:discover journeys, we like to keep groups small. This helps you better assimilate into the local communities you'll be visiting, and gives space for you to truly connect and get to know your fellow travel mates. Group size will vary but expect around 6 to 12 people.
Accommodation on this trip is dorm-style or should we say pod-style?! You will be staying at a brand new accommodation where you will have your own little capsule to call home for the duration of your stay. No need to worry about creeky bunk beds! Your home base also has a large pool to cool off in, two terraces to relax on after a day of activities and is walking distance to everything you need.
Absolutely not! This re:discover adventure is for everyone and beginners are encouraged to join! You should be comfortable in water (both pools and the ocean) but there is no need to have previous experience.
You should plan to fly into and out of the Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) located on Bali. Your trip includes a roundtrip transfer via speedboat from Bali to Nusa Lembongan. Once we are closer to the travel date we will notify you of the transfer time so you can make appropriate arrangements. If you decide to arrive earlier or depart later than the outlined itinerary, it is possible to arrange your own transfer to and from Nusa Lembongan. The speedboat transfer takes approximately 40 minutes each way.
We recommend that you do! Either arrive early and get a feel of a your destination or stay after your journey is complete. We've set this trip to two weeks so that you won't have to take off too much time from work, but if this is not a concern of yours, well, then it's almost an obligation to stay a bit longer.
Did we not answer all of your questions? Not to worry – you can always ask! There are no stupid questions. Well, not a lot anyway. We're always happy to help – even if some questions might be silly to us, if we haven't answered them clearly by now, it's on us.
Plus, we love it when you get in touch!
